Our Mission

Be Your Change is a female-led media brand, amplifying the voices and impact of women changemakers through storytelling and training.

Our Why

Making The World A Better Place By Changing The Women Media Narrative.

Women are critical in improving communities, but are traditionally underrepresented in the media landscape.
Women are keys to ending poverty, gaining equity, achieving balanced economic power, and a sustainable planet.
We are inspired by the women who choose to make a difference because they can not stand the status quo.

Our Founder Story

Juliette Roy

Juliette Bouquerel is a creative social entrepreneur passionate about social impact, social change, diversity and inclusion, education, and women in media. Born in France, she immigrated to the U.S. in 2012 and now lives in Los Angeles with her family.

Juliette brings more than 20 years of international experience working in the music and podcasting industry. She resided in Australasia, Africa, and the U.S. Her expertise is in business development, marketing, content production, and branded content. She executed over 40 international marketing campaigns, produced 30 DEI-centric cultural events, including an event at the World Expo in Shanghai in 2008. She has interviewed more than 100 leaders about impact investing, diversity and inclusion, social justice, and women empowerment.

Upon her move to the U.S., she applied her marketing and business insights to technology. At Live 365, a SaaS broadcasting product, she led a multi-million dollar business unit with a team of over 10 people. With full P&L responsibility, she oversaw sales, operations, product improvement, and customer support. She then led business development for Spreaker, a leading podcasting platform.

As the founder of Be Your Change media, she provides strategic podcast coaching and educational training to help women changemakers amplify their voices.

Giving back is important to her, and she has served nonprofits in different capacities, including Women’s Audio Mission board and Creative Arts Charter school. I am currently a board member of Fair Trade LA, an educational nonprofit to educate on the importance of buying Fair Trade products and understanding Fair Trade principles. She is part of the New Roads School sustainable committee.
